What does this mean?

I have a new love for baking cookies, not that I eat too many of them, it's just they make people happy and I love gifting them to people and seeing their faces light up when I present them. These particular ones are loved by everyone who bites into them! Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 oz soft butter
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celcius
  2. Cream Butter and Peanut butter, Then add sugar content and cream till smooth.
  3. Slowly add a beaten egg to the mixture and mix till smooth and even in texture. Add everything else, mix till you have a lovely caramel coloured, choc flecked cookie dough!
  4. Roll into balls about the size of a ping pong ball (or however large you want them) then flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for about ten minutes! Cool then eat!
