Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 4 persimmons (mature)
- 10 amaretti biscuits (you can substitute with shortbread and a little bit of amaretto liqueur!)
- 6 biscotti secchi (or graham crackers or petit beurre)
- 1 egg
- rum
- sugar
Method
- Peel the persimmons and open them in half and remove the seeds.
- Chop the 6 amaretti and biscotti secchi. Put in the mixer:parsimmons,chopped biscuits,egg,1 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs of rum.
- Mix briefly and then pour the mousse inside 4 little bowl and put them in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Garnish each bowl with an amaretto biscuit.If you like you can add a dollop of whipped cream on each amaretto.Enjoy!
