What does this mean?

A delicious mousse really easy to make!!! Only for persimmon lovers.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 4 persimmons (mature)
  • 10 amaretti biscuits (you can substitute with shortbread and a little bit of amaretto liqueur!)
  • 6 biscotti secchi (or graham crackers or petit beurre)
  • 1 egg
  • rum
  • sugar

Method

  1. Peel the persimmons and open them in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Chop the 6 amaretti and biscotti secchi. Put in the mixer:parsimmons,chopped biscuits,egg,1 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs of rum.
  3. Mix briefly and then pour the mousse inside 4 little bowl and put them in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Garnish each bowl with an amaretto biscuit.If you like you can add a dollop of whipped cream on each amaretto.Enjoy!
