It is very simple recipe for pizza dough and I like it as not necessary to wait for long time to double dough. You really need 15 minutes to double dough or little more depends of yeast.

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 230 ml warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10 grams dried yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 310 grams flour (better if you have pizza flour)
- flour (for dusting)
Method
- In worm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, olive oil and salt and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in flour and make the dough and leave covered to rest 10-15 minutes. The dough will double.
- Than make pizza and fill as you wish.
- Bake it for about 15 minutes on high shelf to 220-240°C.
