Introduction

This is the most amazing thing I have ever tasted. I got this recipe from a lady called Sue, who i worked with at Inverallen and have never looked back and have done it loads of times. It is really amazing

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • spinach tagliatelle (or plain - 5 rounds)
  • ⅘ pint heavy cream (between half and 1 pint - depending on how you like the thickness of the sauce)
  • 1 pork fillet (cut into ½
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

  • Boil The pasta for 20 mins.
  • Meanwhile in a large frying pan cook the sliced pork( about 10 mins) Lay aside.
  • In the same pan (DO NOT CLEAN) fry the sliced mushrooms, garlic and salt and pepper for roughly 5 mins.
  • Add the cream depending on whether you want a thick or thin sauce.
  • Add pork and drained pasta to the mixture, and serve. FANTASTIC. YOU MAY DEPEND ON IT
