Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 2 eggs
- 200 grams butter (melted)
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1 dash brandy
- 200 grams Rich Tea biscuits (crushed, or marle biscuits, or any other plain biscuit will do)
Method
Its so easy...
- Melt the chocolate
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix very well.
- Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
