Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 500 grams potatoes
- 20 grams butter
- 175 ml milk
- 50 grams cheese (grated)
- nutmeg
- salt
Method
- Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel and mash while still hot. Arrange them in a saucepan. Add the butter, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
- Stir with a wooden spoon and add a little at a time until the hot milk to create a soft cream.
- Stir in cheese.
