Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 60 grams butter
  • 10 spring onions (chopped)
  • 4 rashers bacon
  • 250 grams mushrooms (chopped finely)
  • 500 ml breadcrumbs (stale)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Heat butter in large pan, add onion and bacon, cook, stirring, until onion is soft.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook 1 minute: then remove pan from heat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well and stuff the turkey cavity.
