ROSEMARY-GARLIC MAYONNAISE

Accompaniment for Adobo Pork Sandwiches (see separate recipe) but also really nice on broiled fish or chicken and really nice on a jacket potato.

Ingredients

  • Vegetarian
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and grated
  • 1½ Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced finely
  • 1½ Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Serves: 4-6

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Transfer to a sealed container and chill.
