  • 15 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Italian nuts (minced)
  • 200 grams gorgonzola cheese

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • black pepper (freshly minced)

For the Cheese

  • 8⅚ ounces arugula
  • ½ ounce cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Italian nuts (minced)
  • 7 ounces gorgonzola cheese

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • black pepper (freshly minced)

Method
