What does this mean?

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 25 grams tomatoes (chopped)
  • 25 grams shallots (chopped finely)
  • 10 grams green chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
  • 15 grams fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 10 grams tomato puree
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  1. Make sure all the vegetables are chopped well.
  2. Place in a bowl with the puree, lemon and salt.
  3. Mix well, and serve.
