This is a very simple salad but the 1 tablespoon of raspberry vinegar makes it SO delicious. Works well with red meats.

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 1 packet mixed salad leaves
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful blue grapes
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 gram walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (shavings)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
Method
- Mix it all together and enjoy!!
