Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- 150 grams unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Cointreau (Grand Marnier and rum are good too_
- 200 grams biscuits
Method
- Beat the yolks with caster sugar till they became a cream, add cocoa powder, Cointreau and the melted butter stirring very well.
- Crush the biscuits grossly and add the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture in a aluminium foil, roll up giving a salami shape and close the extremes.
- Put to cool in the fridge for a night before eating.
- Slice it like a Salami and serve with tea or coffee, or like an afternoon snack for children. keep it in the fridge.
