  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 2⅕ pounds potatoes
  • 17⅔ ounces ground pork

Method

  • Peel and cut the potatoes in thin slices
  • Fry one chopped onion and add the meat seasoned with salt, black pepper until light golden brown
