STRAWBERRY FOAM
foam cake with strawberries

Ingredients
- 2 glasses of flour
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 3/4 of margarine cube
- 2 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
FOR THE STUFFING
- 4 whites from eggs,
- not full glass of sugar
- 500g of strawberries
Method
Serves: 8
- Margarine, chop in to little cubes, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolks, mix them all and form a bowl, and put it in to fridge.
- 2/3 of doe put on a bottom of cake form, from the rest form a side around cake, on a cake form,3cm high, pre bake the cake in a oven for 15 at 180C,
- From whites make well done foam, add sugar, and strawberries pour it all on a cake form, stir gently and form wave's and the top, put it all in a oven, for 40 m at 140C
