Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 250 grams butter
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 1 kilogram Quark
  • 1 lemon (juice and rind of)
  • 2 packets vanilla pudding raisins (which have been soaked in the lemon juice)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Method

  1. Beat sugar, butter and egg yolks until really foamy, then add the quark, juice, rind, raisins vanilla pudding and baking powder.
  2. Mix well. Then fold in the STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITES. Bake 180 degrees, in a 28cm springform for about one to one and a quarter hours.
