  • 300 grams sugar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 1 kilogram quark
  • 1 lemon (juice and rind of)
  • 2 packets vanilla pudding raisins (which have been soaked in the lemon juice)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 8⅚ ounces butter
  • 10⅗ ounces sugar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 2⅕ pounds quark
