Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

Metric Cups
  • 100 grams milk chocolate
  • 100 grams marshmallows
  • 1 tin evaporated milk
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate
  • 4 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 tin evaporated milk

Method

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the chocolate, marshmallows and 100ml of the Ideal Milk. Place the rest of the tin into the fridge to chill.
  • Once all the chocolate and marshmallows have melted, whip the Ideal Milk till stiff.
  • Fold in chocolate mixture.
  • Place in a serving bowl or separate bowls and place into fridge till stiff.
