Introduction

For olive lovers a wonderful Mediterranean-tasting appetiser. Serve with crusty bread.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 1 cup olives (good quality, pitted)
  • 3 anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon capers (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
