Metric Cups
  • eggs (doesn't matter how many)
  • milk
  • tomatoes
  • kidney beans
  • garlic
  • spring onions
  • bacon
  • pepper

Method

  • Fry all the vegatables, beans, garlic and bacon in a little oil.
  • whisk the eggs and the milk together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • pour the egg mixture straight over the vegetables etc and cook untill it is slightly dry on top.
  • transfer straight onto a plate and serve with a salad and thick, crusty french bread.
