Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • smoked salmon (some)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams salicornia
  • 100 grams prawns
  • sour cream
  • white wine

Method

  1. Season the fillets with pepper and salt, lay the smoked salmon on top and roll them up. Use a toothpick to hold it together.
  2. Heat the oil, put in the fillet rolls and finely chopped shalot an let simmer for 10 minutes. Turn regularly.
  3. Put the fish rolls on a warm plate.
  4. Add the garlic into the pan and the salicornia and shuffle for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimps, the sour cream and the white wine, so you have a nice smooth sauce
