TOBLERONE MOUSSE

choc mousse - need we say more?

Ingredients

  • 200g roughly chopped Toblerone
  • 450 ml whipped cream
  • 3 medium egg whites
  • milk chocolate curls or tiny Toblerone triangles for decorating

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate; cool slightly; fold into the cream.
  2. Whisk 3 egg whites until stiff; fold into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Serve in small glasses decorated with the chocolate. (I think this is from Good Housekeeping.)
