Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • cm chicken breasts (skinless)
  • gram rigatoni pasta (tubes)
  • gram chicken stock (to cook with pasta)
  • gram Anari cheese (Cyprus goats cheese - grated to sprinkle on top)

Method

  1. Boil chicken breasts in water for 20 mins until white and piping hot.
  2. Boil pasta with stock until cooked.
  3. Chop cooked chicken into small strips.
  4. Place cooked pasta onto plate, Add chicken pieces on top or on side of pasta.
  5. Sprinkle grated aniri- cyprus goats cheese on top season with salt and pepper and serve.
