  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (sweetened, concentrate)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • salt
  • pepper
