  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick celery
  • 500 grams spinach
  • 250 grams crab meat (in jar)
  • salt

Method

  • Clean spinach and chop largely.
  • Clean leek, carot and celery stalk, chop finely and saute in olive oil.
  • Add spinach salt and pepper. Cook on low fire approx. 15 minutes.
  • Drain crabmeat, chop fine.
  • Add to spinach mixture and cook another 5 minutes or so.
  • Stuff bigna
