Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 300 grams watermelon (pulp of)
  • ½ lemon (deseeded, juice of)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 bottle Prosecco

Method

  1. Blitz the watermelon and sugar.
  2. Add the rum, mix and steeped in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  3. When ready to serve add the Prosecco.
  4.  Garnish with a small slice of watermelon and one of lemon, paired
