What does this mean?

A perfect nightcap to drive away the winter blues. It boosts blood circulation and keeps sniffles and coughs at bay!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of cardamom powder
  • 2 pinches of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 dash brandy (or rum, optional)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the alcohol, in a cup.
  2. Microwave at full power for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the alcohol.
  4. Snuggle into bed and drink away!
