Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 45 ml dry gin
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • 1 splash of creme de cassis
  • 1 ice cubes
  • 1 candied violets (to serve)

Method

  1. Combine creme de cassis and dry gin in a highball glass, top up with tonic water.
  2. Drop in some ice cubes and sprinkle with candied violets before serving.
