Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 45 ml dry gin
- 150 ml tonic water
- 1 splash of creme de cassis
- 1 ice cubes
- 1 candied violets (to serve)
Method
- Combine creme de cassis and dry gin in a highball glass, top up with tonic water.
- Drop in some ice cubes and sprinkle with candied violets before serving.
