WITCH COCKTAIL

Gin and tonic with a twist.

Ingredients

  • Gluten Free
  • Vegetarian
  • 45ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
  • 150ml (5 oz.) tonic water
  • Splash of creme de cassis
  • Ice cubes
  • Candied violets, to serve.

Method

  1. Combine creme de cassis and dry gin in a highball glass, top up with tonic water.
  2. Drop in some ice cubes and sprinkle with candied violets before serving.
