Without Egg Honey and Orange Cake

Introduction

This is a very delicious cake with very different flavors blended together. It is actually a tribute to Nigella for her extra-ordinary cookery skills.

Ingredients

Serves: serves 2-4

4 ounces all-purpose flour
5 ounces whipped cream
3 ounces sugar
½ cup honey
1 juice of orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking soda

Whip cream and sugar in a bowl till it's soft .

Add honey and cinnamon to this mixture.

Sift in the flour ,baking soda and bicarbonate into this and fold it in.

Now, to smooth the mix add orange juice till its of easy flowing consistency (you can also add the zest of lime to enhance the flavor).

Transfer the contents into a greased baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 150 C.
