This is a very delicious cake with very different flavors blended together. It is actually a tribute to Nigella for her extra-ordinary cookery skills.

Ingredients
- 4 oz all-purpose flour
- 5 oz whipped cream
- 3 oz sugar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 juice of oranges
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Method
- Whip cream and sugar in a bowl till it's soft .
- Add honey and cinnamon to this mixture.
- Sift in the flour ,baking soda and bicarbonate into this and fold it in.
- Now, to smooth the mix add orange juice till its of easy flowing consistency (you can also add the zest of lime to enhance the flavor).
- Transfer the contents into a greased baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 150 C.
