Introduction

An amazing blend of textures and flavors, easy to make and a guaranteed blow everyone's mind away at a party!

Ingredients

Serves: 4

2 bunches cilantro
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 handful fresh mint
1 bulgarian feta cheese (cube)
¾ cup sugared pecan nuts
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 dash freshly ground pepper
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Simply wash, dry and chop all greens medium fine without stems - you can do this in a food processor but a sharp pair of scissors works great.

Coarsely chop nuts

Whisk together olive oil, chilli flakes, garlic and balsamic and mix into greens in a big bowl an hour or 2 before serving crumble the creamy Bulgarian feta (much better than saltier Greek feta) into the salad and mix together to integrate.
