Recipe originally came from a choc chip packet but I've tweaked it a bit (increased some quantities, reduced others) and found this recipe to be consistent (and delicious!)

Ingredients
- 9 oz butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- bittersweet chocolate chips (quantity entirely up to you!)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Mix butter, sugar and sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
- Sift in flour and mix well.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Roll small amounts of mixture into balls and place on lined trays, pressing down lightly to flatten.
- Leave a bit of space between them as they do tend to spread while baking.
