Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 500 ml plain yoghurt
- 120 grams icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons cardamom seeds (powdered)
Method
- Tie the yoghurt in some muslin cloth and hang from a tap in the sink for about 2 hours to let the water drain out.
- Mix the sugar and cardamom.
- Put the curd in a bowl and whip well to leave no lumps and make it smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar mix and mix well.
- Pour into your serving bowls/glasses, sprinkle a little of the sugar mix and chill.
