For the Dough

  • 9 tablespoons flour
  • 9 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 small lemon (juice of)

For the Filling

  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams chocolate powder
  • 200 millilitres rum

  • 7 ounces chocolate powder
  • 7 fluid ounce rum

Method

  • Line with parchment paper a thin board and then brush the butter.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy white and frothy, add the flour, then the beaten egg whites very firm with a grain of salt.
  • Turn the dough on the board (should have a expessura 1 cm) and bake in very hot oven (15 min). When ready, remove from parchment paper on lightly greased with butter and let cool.
