Our answer

Nigella's Raspberry Bakewell Slice (from KITCHEN) is an adaptation of the traditional bakewell tart. Nigella makes it in traybake form and adds fresh raspberries to the filling. The recipe should fit a standard traybake or brownie pan and these are usually approximately 30x20x6cm (12x8x2¼ inches).

It can be slightly tricky converting a rectangular pan to a round one, but in theory this would be enough ingredients for a 30cm (12-inch) round pan. However, this size can be tricky to find and you may need to use a 25cm (10-inch) pan and have a deeper slice. And the pan needs to be at least 6cm (2¼ inches) deep. Because of this, it is slightly difficult to advise on the baking time but we would start checking at about 40 minutes and then bake until the top of the tart is golden brown and firm in the centre. If the top is browning too quickly then cover the top of the pan with foil. Also, if you are using a springform pan, it may be a good idea to put it on a baking sheet in case any of the mixture seeps out. And you could preheat the baking sheet in the oven as well, as this will help to give the base of the bake a little extra boost of heat when the pan goes into the oven. However, please note that as we have not tried the Raspberry Bakewell Slice in this form, we are unable to guarantee the results.
