Nigella's Chocolate Pudding (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) is a smooth and silky custard-based pudding. It is quite rich, so is best served in small pots.

In the photograph accompanying the recipe it shows some small biscuits or cookies and a small, crisp biscuit is often a good accompaniment. We would suggest to sticking to something plain so that it doesn't clash with or overwhelm the Chocolate Pudding. We would suggest something like small squares of the Vanilla Shortbread or you can use your favourite store-bought shortbread or crisp biscuit or cookie. You can also decorate the pudding with a few berries, such as raspberries, blueberries or small strawberries.
