Only me and my husband can have this lovely cake, as our little princess is only one year old.. I guess it is too early to introduce her coffee. So I halved the quantity of ingredients and made a pretty shallow one cake. I cut the cake in half tried to let some icing sitting in the middle, however, it could be too little to see. My creation was adding some lovely dark chocolate coated coffee beans along with fresh walnuts to decorate this fantastic cake. Seriously, it is very delicious. I am sure will make this again and again.
