Where does NIgella buy her chocolate chips from? I am having difficulty finding some really good quality milk and dark chocolate ones....many thanks. Sandra

We often use the Nestle Toll House chocolate morsels for baking, these come in bittersweet (dark) chocolate, milk chocolate and butterscotch flavours. Also Reese's Peanut Butter Baking chips. In the US these are available in many grocery stores and in the UK they can be bought on-line via:

For the UK Silver Spoon also do good chocolate chips in dark, milk and white chocolate.
For the US Ghirardelli do good bittersweet, semisweet and milk chocolate chips.
