My husband and I purchased some rare breed ground pork and we have no clue what to make with it. Help!

Ground (or minced) pork usually has a slightly higer fat content than ground beef and can be used in place of ground beef in many dishes, or lots of people find that a mixture of ground pork and ground beef is an ideal combination as it can prevent the meat mixture from becoming too dry when cooked. We would particularly suggest using the ground pork in meatloaf - if it is rare breed pork then the flavor should be excellent - and would very much recommend Ed's Mother's Meatloaf which appears in Nigella's book Kitchen.
Nigella's Meatzza (from Nigellissima) would be another good recipe to try, as the pork could be used in the base of the Meatzza and it is a popular dish with children. Cornbread-Topped Chili Con Carne would also be good with pork or you could use the pork instead of ground turkey in NIgella's Turkey Meatballs with Tomato Sauce (from Kitchen).
