I'm an avid Nigella fan and I've been watching Nigellissma and really want to know where she got her lemon reamer from, the metal spiral one. I have a ceramic squeezer, but hers looks so easy to use straight over the pan. I've seen similar wooden ones, but they get grubby and worn over time. Thanks.

Lemon reamers are very handy for squeezing all citrus fruits and can be bought in stainless steel, wooden and colourful plastic or resin versions. Nigella has a stainless steel reamer and a similar model is made by Kitchen Craft and can be bought easily on-line in the UK and at many kitchenware stores. Divertimenti and Tesco also sell stainless steel versions and John Lewis have one with a stainless steel head and matte black handle.
The OXO Good Grips range has a citrus reamer with a black handle and a stainless steel head. It is sold in many retailers in the US, including Sur La Table and bed, bath and Beyond. The OXO product range is also available in several different countries.
