Can you freeze leftovers of the Quick Calabrian Lasagne? If so, how best to warm it up? Thank you.

The Quick Calabrian Lasagne from Nigellissima is made using a combination of meat sauce, mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and slices of ham. Unfortunately the eggs do not freeze well, they tend to become very rubbery and unpalatable when they thaw out, so we would not recommend freezing leftovers.
Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days but do make sure that you cool and refrigerate leftoves as quickly as possible (and within 2 hours of cooking). You can reheat the leftovers in a microwave or conventional oven. If microwaving then put the lasagne in a suitable container, cover (leaving a steam vent) and microwave in bursts until hot. Some people like to cover the lasagne with a piece of damp kitchen roll (paper towel) to help prevent it from drying out. If heating in the oven then put the lasagne in an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180c/350F until hot. The time will depend on the amont you are reheating but an individual portion will take around 20 minutes.
Always make sure that the lasagne is piping hot all the way through before serving and only reheat the lasagne once.
