Hi, I recently saw Nigella cut out & pop some tea-lights into some apples, & even some cucumber!, but where on earth can I purchase some tea-light cutters?
Hi In one of the Christmas shows Nigella used a candle cutter to cut holes in fruit to display canles Do you have any idea where we could purchase one of these from. Thanks ape
My mum has commented that she would like to have the gadget used on television a few weeks ago which allowed you to make a piece of fruit into a tea-light holder. I would like to get it for her birthday but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Would you be able to point me in the the right direction? Thanks. jfrancis

Fruit candle carvers - cutters designed to make tea-light sized holes in fruit, similar to the ones on Nigella's TV show, can be purchased on-line. For the UK try:

For the USA try:

Alternatively you could insert a tea-light sized round cookie cutter into the fruit and use a small, sharp knife to very carefully cut away the fruit in the centre to create an indentation for the candle.
