Hello, can you please let me know what pea and pancetta recipe was made by Nigella and featured on the Saturday Kitchen TV show on BBC 1?
Our answer
Nigella's book Nigellissima featured an "orzotto" with peas and pancetta, called Pasta Risottata With Peas And Pancetta. The recipe is made with the rice-shaped pasta called orzo and is cooked in a similar way to a risotto. This recipe was featured in episode 5 of the TV series Nigellissima and clips have been shown on the BBC.
The recipe is available in Nigella's book Nigellissima but we regret that currently the recipe is unavailable on-line and we do not have the space in Kichen Queries to publish full recipes.
