Ingredients

Serves: 4

Metric Cups
  • 170 grams evaporated milk
  • 225 grams chocolate
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces chocolate

Method

Hot Fudge Sauce is a community recipe submitted by caitlin_24 and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Pour the condensed milk into a bowl with the chocolate broken into small pieces. Place over a pan of barely simmering water, making sure the bowl is not touching the water.
  • It will take about ten minutes to become a lovely fudgy sauce.
  • Pour over ice cream.
  • Keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. Can just be reheated.
