  • 1 can canned tuna (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small carrot (diced)
  • 1 stick celery (diced)
  • 2 spring onions (diced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon single cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 1 can canned tuna (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small carrot (diced)
  • 1 stick celery (diced)
  • 2 scallions (diced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 tortilla wraps

  • Heat oil in skillet and add carrot, celery, and green onion and saute until tender.
  • Add tuna and saute until liquid is absorbed.
  • Add cream and remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon equal amounts onto tortillas and roll. Make sure to fold ends in before rolling to keep filling in.
  • Clean skillet out and heat 1 Tablespoon oil to medium. Place tortilla rolls in skillet and turn often until crispy and brown. ENJOY!
