Metric Cups
  • chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Method

  • Let the curry powder fry for about 5 mins to dissolve flavour.
  • Cut the meat into mouth-shaped pieces/stripes.
  • Fry about 5-7 mins on each side.

  • Eat with rice or fresh bread.
