  • 200 grams salicornia
  • 100 grams prawns
  • sour cream
  • white wine

Method

Tilapia Rolls With Salicornia Sauce is a community recipe submitted by Sweet_Charlotte and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Season the fillets with pepper and salt, lay the smoked salmon on top and roll them up. Use a toothpick to hold it together.
  • Heat the oil, put in the fillet rolls and finely chopped shalot an let simmer for 10 minutes. Turn regularly.
  • Put the fish rolls on a warm plate.
  • Add the garlic into the pan and the salicornia and shuffle for 2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimps, the sour cream and the white wine, so you have a nice smooth sauce
