GRILLED APPLE WITH HONEY AND GOAT'S MILK CHEESE
Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 5 egg yolks
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 litre milk
- 1 lemon zest
Method
- Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a bowl.
- Add a bit of milk (previously warmed up) and add the flour bit by bit.
- Pour the remaining milk mixing slowly.
- Add the zest of lemon and cook on a low flame until it reaches the boil.
