Add a RecipeCream butter and sugars together until nice and fluffy. Whisk the eggs a bit with the vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinammon, oats, and salt in seperate bowl. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Leave this mixture in the fridge for about an hour so the dough balls can be formed easily. After the dough has been refrigerated preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. If you grab clumps of dough the size of a ping pong ball you will 36 cookies out of it. But make them any size you want ofcourse.
