What does this mean?

Easy, tossed together salad sweet and fruity.

Great with sticky mango chicken and cous cous salad.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures

for the salad

  • fresh spinach As much or little as like
  • mangos As much or little as like
  • cranberries
  • pinenuts

for the dressing

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • caster sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method

  1. Toss spinach, mango pieces, dried cranberries and pine nuts together in large bowl
  2. Drizzle with salad dressing
  3. Salad dressing: Mix together 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vin, 1 tsp sugar and salt and pepper
