what temperature should this be cooked at?

What temperature ?????? I am guessing at gas mark 3-4 but an exact temperature would be appreciated please :)

Baked this last night and I was a bit disappointed. I think the recipe needs a little more fluid in it as the cake mixture was rather stiff. I baked it at 160-170 degrees fan for 45 minutes and added on an extra 10 minutes. The bake was a bit too crumbly and heavy although the flavours were all good. Just to add that I am an experienced home-baker but I'll be tweaking this recipe some before I try it again.
