Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 3 rashers bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
- 2 slices white bread
- ½ avocado (cut into slithers)
- ½ banana (cut into slithers lengthways / diagonally)
- 1 balsamic vinegar (a dribble)
Method
- Grill the bacon, and prepare the avocado and banana slithers
- Cut the bread and simply assemble, adding a drizzle of balsamic -
- cut and eat, mmmmm lush!
