What does this mean?

A Greek friend of mine introduced me to this recipe. It is simple and so nice. Just serve with crusty bread or baguette.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 feta cheese (big chunk)
  • 1 oregano (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180-200 degrees
  2. Place the Cheese in a oven proof dish.
  3. Pour olive oil over cheese.
  4. Sprinkle oregano over cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 min. Until soft.
